Simply elegant with a personal touch

The necklace and pendant were as I envisioned them to be - simple and elegant. I liked the idea that it can be personalized as a gift to my fiance and it turned out to be superb. Thanks for the tips while ordering. Those helped me customize the gift as I want it to be.The customer service was deluxe. The tracking of delivery was spot on. My order was stuck at the custom office but the customer care and suppliers were prompt to update. It was a wonderful experience.

I have given 5 stars as, although my son has not received the gift in Switzerland, the contacts were extremely helpful and apologetic. I have received gifts from NOTHS and have been thrilled with them. I shall wait until things get back to normal, then re-order.

I find this a difficult website to deal…

I find this a difficult website to deal with, especially with regard to passwords. Dawn has been very helpful in trying to resolve this and also dealing with the product purchased, which was damaged on arrival to the recipient. These matters are still on going so I will be able to update this if or when both matters are resolved.

Sophia Victoria Joy - Gin Glass

I've order many things from NOTHS before and can honestly say that as time goes on their products and service are getting worse.Most recently I have ordered from Sophia Victoria Joy, a personalised gin glass for a birthday. Not the most expensive gift but certainly not cheap. The item arrived promptly but was of poor quality, the rim has a noticeable imperfection. I decided to contact the company directly to try to speed up the process, I have been bounced back to NOTHS with no apology, I went through NOTHS but have still heard nothing, I have contacted the shop directly again but still nothing.So here I am with a poor quality gift and no communication. At this point this is a retailer I would avoid and at the minute NOTHS have done nothing.UPDATE 17th APRIL.I finally received a replacement Gin Glass, but this too is of poor quality, this time I have found the reason why, they left the IKEA sticker on the bottom, they are charging £26 for a £1.75 piece of mass produced rubbish, its day light robbery and I wouldn't touch Sophia Victoria Joy with a barge pole, they are miss selling and NOTHS should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to trade under their brand, absolutely disgusted.

Very Helpful, Caring and Obliging Company

I have not yet received my item (personalised bracelet for my niece's 18th birthday) which is due 29 March so will reserve the last star in case it doesnt arrive(!) However, I was delighted and relieved that I was able to add to the personalisation after submitting my order a heart because the system wouldnt allow me to add that at the time of selecting my inscription, even though it offered a heart or a star. I received an email from notonthehighstreet telling me they couldnt guarantee that it would be possible, but that they would contact the seller, who agreed it would be absolutley no problem. So cant wait for it to arrive! All good so far.

I would like to thank Darren for his fantastic customer service. Darren was very patient and listened to the problem, the date on the Personalised Baby Christening Silver Embroidered Shawl that was delivered was wrong. He tried to connect the seller and came back to me as promised with an email. Though the issue was not resolved given the timeframe and couldn't get a replacement time, I'm pleased with the service. I'm happy that I could pick up the phone and speak to someone when needed.

I have contacted numerous times on where my order is which I was told had been delivered to which I have recieved replies telling me to contact the seller however the seller never replied until I demanded proof of delivery to which they gave me an invalid tracking number.

'Homemade' or 'Chinamade'

I have supported NOTHS for years, mainly with good results, always believing that I was supporting small/medium sized businesses who offer homemade or well sourced products that they give an individual presentation to enhance their value.So far, so good.I recently purchased some items that had just been bought from 'China' and sold on.'Nothing wrong with that" I hear you shout.Well there is for me. I do not want to support China, particularly in light of recent events, and I want to know if a product has been manufactured there.I can then decide whether to buy the item, go elsewhere, or do without!Will NOTHS please insist that all their suppliers indicate the origin of the product so that the customer has a choice of whether to buy or not?
